Junior Quantity Surveyor

Kilnbridge is hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for the HS2 Old Oak Common programme – a multi-year infrastructure project delivering complex civils, bridge, and structural works.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support Senior and Project Quantity Surveyors on live subcontract packages, valuations, cost reports and supplier engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a hands-on commercial team in a high-profile environment.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – responsibilities:

Support cost reporting, subcontractor payments and change management

Help compile progress reports and cost forecasts

Assist with valuations, record-keeping and financial documentation

Learn from a senior commercial team on a live Tier 2/3 project

We’re looking for:

1+ years’ QS experience or relevant construction placement

Willingness to learn NEC processes and commercial tracking

Solid Excel and reporting skills

A positive, proactive approach to teamwork and deadlines
